VentureLk - Terms and Conditions

VentureLk is an application designed to provide information about travel locations in Sri Lanka. Through this app, users can view details of these locations and share their own travel experiences (posts). These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you (the user) and VentureLk (us). By clicking "I Agree" during registration or use, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and may proceed to use the app.
2. Services
- VentureLk provides details about travel locations in Sri Lanka.
- Users can share their travel experiences, photos, and other information via posts.
- A Premium subscription unlocks access to all travel locations.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must use the app lawfully and without infringing on the rights of others.
- You are fully responsible for the content (photos, text, etc.) you share via posts.
- Sharing false information, offensive material, or anything harmful to others is strictly prohibited.
4. Premium Subscription
- Purchasing a Premium subscription grants access to all travel locations.
- Payment methods and pricing are outlined within the app.
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, follow the cancellation process provided in the app.
5. Ownership and Licensing
- VentureLk owns the app and its content (including location details we provide).
- You retain full ownership of the posts (including photos) you share. However, by uploading them, you grant us a license to display and promote them within the app.
- Ownership of photos uploaded for locations belongs to the uploader or the original photographer.
6. Privacy
- We collect your name, email, and other information solely to provide the app’s services.
- Please refer to our Privacy Policy within the app for more details.
7. Modifications and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify these terms or discontinue the service at any time.
- If you wish to stop using the app, you may do so by uninstalling it.
8. Legal Information
- This app operates under the laws of Sri Lanka.
- Any disputes will be resolved under Sri Lankan legal jurisdiction.
